Orion Way LLC is dedicated to providing the best service to our customers. For returns and exchanges, our policy lasts 30 days, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@wanderwinecarriers.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Note that returns are handled by our wholesaler, True Brands, and require an authorized RMA number from them for the process to proceed.
Returns are subject to restocking fees as per the True Brands policy, with rates depending on the time from purchase and condition of the returned product. In the event of a wrong order, freight damage, or customization errors found upon delivery, a return authorization number must be requested within 7 days of product delivery.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards, and certain types of items like perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
For exchanges, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
